“I am writing to express my appreciation of the efforts and professionalism of your branch manager Nick Simpson in Twickenham. My wife and I have bought and sold two properties and had a rental property managed by Chase Buchanan over the past 10 years. We recently sold our house that we bought 8 years ago through Nick and have moved out of the area. Since this was almost certainly our last transaction with your company, I wanted you to know what an excellent job Nick has done for us on every one of our dealings. Nick’s amiable style put us at ease the first time we met, and his thorough knowledge and expert negotiation meant we were able to purchase a wonderful house when the market was in utter turmoil in 2008. Nick’s skills shone again when we sold our house recently, his valuation was precise, his recommendation perfect, and we secured a buyer in four days, who completed a few weeks later. Nick has never given us information that wasn’t correct and has always been true to his word. His professionalism smashes the stereotype of estate agents so often encountered. We also met a few of his team at the Twickenham branch, and they (David, Kristian and Jake) seem to be instilled with Nick’s easy going and friendly nature; bright, outgoing, they’re a credit to the company through Nick’s management and mentoring. I will continue to recommend Chase Buchanan to friends who remain in the area.”
