Speaking as a tenant, I've been impressed with the service that Natara has provided us to date. We've rented through several 'big name' estate agent management services in the past and hadn't been happy with them. But in contrast, CB have been great so far. We recently had an issue with our flat that needed looking into, and it was dealt with really quickly: I got a call from a contractor on the evening of the same day that I reported it to Natara, and the contractor visited the next day! I get the impression that CB act with some autonomy to deal with day-to-day stuff, meaning it gets dealt with quicker. They also seem to hire good contractors: friendly people who know their stuff and the local area! I even got restaurant tips from a surveyor who visited! From my experience so far I'd recommend.

I turned to Chase Buchanan after having had a slightly frustrating sales process (a buyer was found after only a few weeks of marketing, but the sale fell through and my then acting agents were unable to secure another buyer for several weeks).
