We have recently sold through Chase and both Dan and Danny were imperative to this happening. It was not the easiest of sales with the first buyer pulling out at the 11th hour the first time around (at no fault of the agent) but they gave us the right advice and re sold the property quickly afterwards. We had a strict deadline to get the sale through before Christmas to which Daniel worked incredibly hard to get done and succeeded in doing so!
