There are several costs that may be applicable; either at the start of your first Tenancy, or periodically throughout the time your property is being Let. We can arrange these on your behalf, at the prices listed below:

£155.00 (inc. VAT)

The use of our bespoke tenancy agreement which is regularly updated and compliance checked to ensure your tenancy is protected.

£60.00 (inc. VAT)

Register Landlord's and Tenant's details and protect the security deposit with a Government-authorised Scheme.

£130.00 - £255.00* (inc. VAT)

This detailed and photographed report confirms the Schedule of Condition, carried out by a third party company to ensure all parties remain impartial.

£180.00 (inc. VAT) quarterly

To remit and balance the financial return to HMRC quarterly - and respond to any specific query relating to the return from the landlord or HMRC.

10% (inc. VAT) of net cost

Arranging access and assessing costs with contractor. Ensuring work has been carried out in accordance with the specification of works.

£120.00 (inc. VAT)

Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.

Tenancy Term Duration (min six months)

Should an offer be accepted either verbally or in writing by the Landlord or their representative and the Tenancy does not proceed because the Landlord withdraws, we reserve the right to charge our fees for the loss of business that would have been payable for the term of the tenancy.
