With promises of a long, hot summer (fingers crossed) it could actually be safe to unpack the picnic bag and start planning for some days out.
Twickenham has lots on offer throughout the month with the annual festival starting on Friday 10th June. Church Street will be transformed to provide entertainment for every age, starting with the now very popular ‘Tug of War’, followed by a craft market and to celebrate the Queens 90th birthday on the 12th June a right royal knees up is planned. No red carpets this time, but Church Street will be going green when the street is covered in grass! and there will be a multitude of stalls selling plants, produce, herbs, crafts & street food plus children's entertainment & live music, ‘al fresco’ dining and market stalls to tempt you.
Now pack that picnic bag and head off to the Strawberry Hill Music & Fun Day on Sunday 26th June, suitable for all ages, with live music, food, drink and family entertainment generously supported by the RFU. We can guarantee a good day out – regardless of the weather!
Your local Twickenham office is just around the corner and we know a lot about our area and would love to show you some of the properties available, why not pop in for a chat and coffee soon, your next move could be right here.
